Circles was designed by Rommel Abesames, an engineering leader with more than 25 years in software and management. If you'd like to talk through your estimate or how Circles could work in your company, get in touch.
Each step has a base duration for a mid-size, privacy-sensitive company (100–500 people in scope, one office, in-house Legal and DPO, sensible identity groups, one AI transformation head who also builds the framework with Claude Code, part-time IT help). Each answer scales the steps it affects. Steps run in parallel where they can; a step starts when everything it depends on has finished. The low estimate uses every step's low value, the high estimate every step's high value, so the real outcome usually lands in between. Months are 4.35 weeks. The model follows the Circles implementation checklist; it is a planning guesstimate, not a commitment, and it does not account for holidays or budget cycles.
